In order to be transparent and avoid confusion we have set up the following conditions:

All bookings require a payment in full.

“Enchanting Rome” can accept the following payments:

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American express and Discover.

Our cancellation policy requires written correspondence from “Enchanting Rome” confirming said cancellation up to one week ahead of scheduled service to receive a full refund.

If cancellation occurs less than one week before scheduled service, the following fees will be applied:

  • Less than 7 days prior to scheduled tour/service, customer forfeits full deposit.
  • Less than 3 days prior to scheduled tour/service, customer forfeits full deposit and will incur a charge of 20% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 48 hours prior to scheduled tour/service, customer forfeits full deposit and will incur a charge of 40% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 24 hours prior to scheduled tour/service, customer forfeits full deposit and will incur a charge for the remaining 80% of the total tour cost.

“Enchanting Rome” cannot be held responsible for unexpected events, such as public protests, strikes, closures caused by acts of nature or monument closure due to restoration work. “Enchanting Rome” reserves the right to examine refund requests on an individual basis, please contact us via email: info@enchantingrome.com for any inquiries.

In the event of a sight closure, “Enchanting Rome” will notify the client in a timely manner, when possible, and suggest alternative tour options.
